Your VIVAIR's water: simple, but important
VIVAIR Pro is not a purifier: it uses the water in the tank as raw material to generate hydrogen and oxygen. That is why it needs very pure water.

Why it matters
Salts in the water wear out the membrane
Your VIVAIR generates the gases from water. If the water contains dissolved salts, the membrane works less well and wears out sooner.
The golden rule
TDS of 30 ppm at most
TDS measures the salts dissolved in water. The lower, the better for your device.
- ≤30
- ppm TDS
- 0
- mineral or sparkling water
Which water yes and which no
What you can put in the tank
- Reverse-osmosis water
- Distilled water
- Tap water
- Mineral water
- Sparkling water
Your VIVAIR checks it
The TDS sensor warns you if the water is not suitable
The screen shows the TDS of the water in the tank. If it exceeds the limit, it warns you before starting.
In Spain
Pair it with a BEBER SALUD reverse-osmosis system
Pair it with a BEBER SALUD reverse-osmosis system and always have water for your VIVAIR (and for your kitchen) at hand. If the water in your area is very hard, the sensor will tell you whether to use distilled water.
Where to get it
Distilled water or a countertop reverse-osmosis unit
Use distilled water (supermarket or drugstore) or a countertop reverse-osmosis unit.
Myth-busting
Here, mineral water doesn't help
For your VIVAIR, the purer the better.
