General terms of sale

1. Who sells

2. Purpose and acceptance

These terms govern the purchase of VIVAIR Pro, its accessories and spare parts on vivair.eu. By confirming an order you accept these terms, the legal notice and the privacy policy in force at that time. We email you a copy with the order confirmation.

3. Who can buy

Adults with legal capacity to contract, with a delivery address in Spain, Portugal, France, Italy, Germany, Austria, the Netherlands, Luxembourg or Denmark. We do not ship to Switzerland or outside the European Union. You can buy as a guest or with an account; you are responsible for your details being correct and for keeping your password safe.

4. The product

The essential characteristics of each product are on its product page. Images are for illustration. VIVAIR Pro is a home wellbeing device. It is not a medical device and has no medical purpose. Use it according to the manual and, if you have a health condition, talk to a healthcare professional first.

5. How to place an order

1. You choose the product and how to buy it.
2. You enter your contact and delivery details.
3. You choose the payment method.
4. You review the summary and click «Order with obligation to pay».
5. We send you the confirmation by email. The contract is concluded when we confirm the payment or, for a reservation, the payment of the deposit.

6. Prices

Prices are in euros and include the VAT of the delivery country. Shipping to the listed countries is free. Before paying you see the total price, the latest delivery date and any additional cost. When we announce a price change, we do so with a date; we do not use crossed-out reference prices.

7. Pre-sale and reservations

During the pre-sale you can:
· Reserve your unit with €290. You pay the rest when we confirm your batch is shipping. If you cancel before shipping, we refund the full €290 within 14 days at most.
· Pay the full amount. You get 1 additional year of commercial warranty (4 in total) and an extra cannula kit.
· Pay in instalments with Klarna (Germany, Austria and the Netherlands) or, in Spain, finance it.

Units are ordered from the factory in batches. Before paying we tell you your batch's latest delivery date. If we cannot meet it, we let you know and you can choose between waiting for the new date or cancelling and receiving a full refund immediately.

8. Payment methods

Card (via Stripe), PayPal, Apple Pay and Google Pay throughout the EU; Klarna depending on the country. Your card details are not stored on our servers.

9. Financing (Spain only)

Financing is granted by a partner lender, with its own terms, nominal rate and APR, which we show you before you sign. If the lender rejects the application and you have already received the device, you have 14 calendar days to pay the outstanding amount or return it complete and in good condition. To process it, you authorise us to share your details with the lender. Calls with our advisors may be recorded as evidence of the contract; we tell you at the start of the call.

10. Shipping and delivery

We ship with an insured carrier and a tracking number. Devices in stock: dispatched within 24–48 business hours. Pre-sale: within your batch's latest delivery date. Without a specific date, delivery never exceeds 30 calendar days from the contract. When you receive the parcel, check that the packaging is not damaged and, if it is, note it on the carrier's delivery note and tell us within 48 h.

11. Right of withdrawal

If you are a consumer, you have 14 calendar days from receiving the device to withdraw without giving reasons. See the «Withdrawal» page for how to do it, the costs and the exceptions.

12. Warranty

You have the legal guarantee of conformity for 3 years from deliverythe reasonable lifespan of the product (at least 2 years from delivery)2 years from delivery. In addition, VIVAIR offers a 3-year commercial warranty (4 if you paid in full in pre-sale), with technical service in the EU. See the details on the «Warranty» page.

13. Retention of title

Until you have paid the full price, the device remains the property of FILTIC PRO S.L. and you may not sell or transfer it to third parties.

14. Purchases by professionals

If you buy for your business (Professional Pack, Duo Pack or leasing), the specific terms you sign also apply. The right of withdrawal does not apply to professionals. The professional warranty is governed by its own document.

15. Liability

We are not liable for damage caused by use contrary to the manual, such as using unsuitable water, covering the device or placing it near flames. This limitation does not affect your rights as a consumer or liability for defective products.

16. Language, law and courts

The contract is concluded in the language you choose on the website; in case of doubt, the Spanish version prevails. It is governed by Spanish law. If you are a consumer, you keep the protection granted by the law of your country of residence and you can bring a claim before the courts of your place of residence.

17. Complaints

Write to us at info@vivair.eu; we reply within 24 business hours and resolve within 30 days at most. In Spain, official complaint forms are available. You can also contact the consumer authority in your country.
