Warranty

Legal guarantee of conformity

In your country it lasts 3 years from deliverythe reasonable lifespan of the product (at least 2 years from delivery)2 years from delivery. If the device does not work as it should, you can ask for repair or replacement. If that is not possible or is disproportionate, you can ask for a price reduction or termination of the contract. It does not depend on any registration.

VIVAIR commercial warranty

3 years of VIVAIR technical service in the EU, with parts available, or 4 if you paid in full in pre-sale. To activate it, register the device with the QR code in the manual; you will receive your certificate by email. Guarantor: FILTIC PRO S.L.

What it covers

Manufacturing and operating defects of the device and its internal components, including the electrolysis cell.

What it doesn't cover

· Damage from using unsuitable water (TDS above 30 ppm, tap or mineral water).
· Knocks, falls, external liquids or poor storage.
· Tampering or repair by unauthorised persons.
· Normal wear of consumables (cannulas and tubes).
· Failure to carry out the maintenance described in the manual.

How to request a repair

Open a support request from My account. We reply within 24 business hours with a remote solution or by collecting the device. While it is being repaired, you can follow its status from your account.

Professional use

Devices bought for professional use have a 3-year professional warranty, under the terms of their contract.
