Countries
Spain (mainland, Balearic and Canary Islands), Portugal, France, Italy, Germany, Austria, the Netherlands, Luxembourg and Denmark. For now we do not ship to Switzerland, Ceuta or Melilla.
Canary Islands
The Canary Islands are not part of the EU VAT area, so the shipment is an export. For Canary Islands addresses, the price is shown without VAT. On delivery you pay the IGIC and the customs clearance charges indicated by the carrier. We take care of the export documentation.
Lead times
In stock: dispatched within 24–48 business hours and delivered in 2–5 business days, depending on the country. In pre-sale: within your batch's guaranteed latest date, which you see before paying. We let you know when it leaves the factory, when it reaches our warehouse and when it ships to your home.
Cost
Free to all the countries listed.
The parcel

On delivery
Check the packaging in front of the driver. If it is damaged, note it on the delivery note and tell us within 48 h with a photo.
Absences and incorrect addresses
The carrier will make two delivery attempts. If the address is incorrect or the parcel is returned due to repeated absences, the new shipment may have a cost.
