Right of withdrawal

Deadline

14 calendar days from the day you, or a person you designate (other than the carrier), receive the device. If the order arrives in several shipments, the period starts with the delivery of the last one. It is enough to notify us before the deadline.

How to do it

Write to us at info@vivair.eu, open a request from My account or send us the model form on this page. We reply with the instructions and the return label.

Before shipping

If you cancel an order or a reservation before it leaves our warehouse, we refund 100% of what you paid, including the €290 reservation.

Returning the device

Send us the device within 14 days at most from notifying your withdrawal, with its accessories and, if possible, in its original packaging. VIVAIR Pro weighs [ ] kg, so we arrange the collection. Collection is free: we pay for it.

Refund

We refund what you paid, including standard shipping, within 14 days at most from receiving your notice. We may wait until we receive the device to do so. We refund using the same payment method you used.

Condition of the device

You can try the device as you would in a shop. If it has been used beyond what is needed to check how it works, or parts are missing, we may deduct the loss in value from the refund.

Hygiene exceptions

Nasal cannulas and tubes are for personal use. If you have unsealed them, they cannot be returned and their price is deducted (€15 per cannula). The rest of the device can be returned.
