What we use your data for
· Managing your orders, reservations, payments, shipments and returns.
· Registering your warranty and handling support requests and repairs.
· Answering your questions and calling you if you ask us to.
· Processing financing, if you apply for it.
· Sending you the newsletter and news, only with your consent.
· Managing the partner programme.
Legal basis
Performance of the contract or of steps you request before entering into it; compliance with legal obligations (tax and product safety); and your consent for marketing communications, which you can withdraw at any time without affecting your purchase.
Who we share it with
Only with those who need it to provide the service: payment platforms (Stripe, PayPal, Klarna), the lender (if you finance), carriers, technical service and hosting and email providers, all under a data processing agreement. When any of them processes data outside the European Economic Area, they do so under the European Commission's standard contractual clauses.
How long we keep it
For as long as the relationship lasts and, afterwards, for the legal periods: 6 years for accounting and tax records, and the warranty and product liability period for device registration data.
Calls
Calls with our advisors may be recorded as evidence of the contract and to improve quality. We tell you at the start.
Your rights
Access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction and portability. Write to us at info@vivair.eu stating which right you wish to exercise. If you disagree with our response, you can complain to the Spanish Data Protection Agency (aepd.es) or to the authority in your country.
